Chris Haney is the founder and CEO of Liftpoint Media, where he leads with a rare mix of strategic vision, operational grit, and deep public-sector experience. A U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a firefighter and EMT during Operation Desert Storm, Chris has built his career on service—first in uniform, then in business.
Before Liftpoint, Chris led DVBE Connect to statewide recognition, earning awards like “Veteran-Owned Business of the Year” for his leadership in staffing, communications, and government contracting. He’s also held senior roles at industry giants like Robert Half and Modis, known for turning underperforming teams into top producers.
At Liftpoint, Chris is focused on helping public agencies and purpose-driven organizations connect with their audiences more effectively. Whether he’s building partnerships or leading strategy, he brings a calm, grounded approach rooted in accountability and results.

As Chief Operating Officer at Liftpoint Media, Brooke Lonergan is the one who makes the magic actually happen. With a sharp mind for systems and a calm hand in the chaos, Brooke oversees operations, finance, and campaign logistics across every Liftpoint initiative.
Her background spans accounting, hospitality, IT staffing, and public-sector media—which gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on how to run a tight ship while staying nimble and creative. Before joining Chris at DVBE Connect and later Liftpoint, Brooke spent years optimizing budgets, managing large-scale projects, and streamlining operations for complex organizations. She’s known for her ability to bring clarity to even the most complicated operational puzzles—always finding the path that’s both efficient and sustainable.
At Liftpoint, Brooke is the architect of the company’s internal engine. From campaign execution to financial systems and team workflows, she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—so clients experience seamless service from start to finish.
